APPOINTMENT FOR MEDICAL SUPERINTENDENT

The UP Rural Institute of Medical Sciences & Research is a premier autonomous institute established by Govt. of U.P. under Act 2005. The institute is running full-fledged medical college and fully equipped MultiSpecialty 700 bedded hospital. Applications along with bio-data (including all details) are invited for filling up the post of Medical Superintendent by direct recruitment or on contractual basis.

Essential Qualifications: 

(1) - A Medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of Third Schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (persons possessing qualifications included in Pan-II of the Third Schedule of the said Act, shall also fulfill the conditions specified in Sub-section (3) of the Section 13 of the Act. aforesaid). 

(2) - A postgraduate qualification e.g. M.D.lM.S. or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto preferably in Hospital Administration. 

(3) - Sixteen years’ experience in the profession or 12 years’ experience after obtaining the postgraduate degree. 

(4) - Extensive practical and administrative experience. Desirable: Experience of independently running a hospital with at least 500 beds.

Pay Scale: Fts. 37400-67000 Grade Pay 10,000 Maximum Age Limit (as on 01.07.2012): 55 Years. Candidates may also apply for contractual appointment upto 65 years. For general conditions & application format visit Institute`s website; www.rimsnr.ac.in.
